Advocating for Human Rights and Social Justice

Program Overview

At Humairah Charity Foundation (HUCHAFO), we believe that every individual — regardless of gender, religion, age, or background — deserves to live with dignity, equality, and freedom. Our Human Rights and Social Justice Advocacy Program is committed to promoting justice, equity, and the protection of fundamental rights for marginalized and vulnerable groups in Uganda.

We work to raise awareness, influence policy, and build the capacity of individuals and communities to know, claim, and defend their rights. Special attention is given to children, youth, women, orphans, and religious minorities who are often excluded or silenced in decision-making processes.
