Sponsoring Orphans Program

Program Overview

The Sponsoring Orphans Program is a cornerstone initiative of HUCHAFO aimed at transforming the lives of vulnerable orphaned children in Uganda. Many of these children have lost one or both parents due to poverty, disease, conflict, or other social factors, leaving them at significant risk of neglect, exploitation, and exclusion from education.

Our program provides comprehensive support to enable these children to access quality education and holistic care, helping them rebuild their lives and realize their full potential.

  • To ensure orphaned children have uninterrupted access to formal education.

  • To provide essential basic needs such as food, clothing, and healthcare.

  • To offer psychosocial support that addresses trauma and emotional well-being.

  • To promote social inclusion and reduce stigma associated with orphanhood.

  • To empower children with life skills and values aligned with their cultural and religious background.
